For nearly twenty years, Abhinay Fine Arts has presented Indian classical music and dance in the Seattle area, welcoming visiting artists alongside performers from the Pacific Northwest.
Our programming includes individual concerts, ensemble performances, festivals, lecture-demonstrations, and workshops. We welcome introductions from artists and groups interested in being considered for future programs.

Ways to take part
Professional Artists & Ensembles
AFA welcomes proposals from musicians, dancers, and ensembles developing concerts, touring productions, lecture-demonstrations, and workshops.
Pacific Northwest Artists
We welcome interest from regional performers, teachers, and ensembles seeking to share their work through selected AFA programs and collaborations.
Youth & Emerging Performers
Students and developing musicians can explore festival stages, group presentations, and other opportunities announced through Sangeetham and AFA’s wider programming.
Tell us what you’re working on.
If you’re interested in performing with AFA, we’d like to know about your work.
An introduction can include your artistic background, the performance or program you’re proposing, participating artists, and any recordings or other materials that help us understand your work.
For touring artists, information about your anticipated dates in the Pacific Northwest is especially useful.
AFA’s programming is curated, and opportunities depend on the season, available resources, and the nature of each project. Sending a proposal does not guarantee a performance or booking.
Featured Programs
A stage for the next generation.
AFA’s Sangeetham festival brings young musicians, teachers, local ensembles, and visiting artists together through concerts, group presentations, workshops, and shared music-making. We are currently working on other featured programs that will welcome a variety of artistic backgrounds and encourage collaboration between disciplines.
Participation opportunities and requirements are announced for individual editions.
CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
Some programs invite formal applications or submissions, with specific requirements and deadlines.
These are announced through AFA’s Get Involved page. If there are no current calls, you can still introduce your work for future consideration.
