- Group ensembles and choirs
- Students, emerging artists, and advanced performers
All performers must apply through the registration process.

Yes.

Selections are based on:
- Musical quality and preparedness
- Performance level
- Program balance and scheduling constraints
Final selections are made solely at the discretion of the Abhinay Fine Arts selection committee.
How are performance slots and durations determined?
Performance slots are allocated based on:
- Performer experience and readiness
- Number of selected participants
- Overall festival schedule and artistic flow
As SANGEETHAM includes multiple performers, extended performance slots cannot be guaranteed for all participants.
Will all applicants be accommodated?
While Abhinay Fine Arts strives to be inclusive, not all applicants can be accommodated every year due to:
- Time limitations
- Program balance
- Artistic considerations
Selection committee decisions are final.
Who makes the final programming decisions?
All selections, scheduling, slot allocations, and programming decisions are made by the Abhinay Fine Arts organizing and selection committee, and their decisions are final.
Can performers request a specific time slot or duration?
While performers may indicate preferences, final scheduling and slot duration decisions rest entirely with the organizers.
Are music schools encouraged to participate?
Yes — very strongly encouraged.
Music schools are highly encouraged to present group performances rather than multiple individual student performances. Group presentations:
- Allow more students to participate
- Enable efficient scheduling
